Service

SkyPlexus.com provides the SkyPlexus service for virtual infrastructure governance, inventory, health monitoring, policy, automation, and licensing across cloud and on-premise environments.

Eligibility and accounts

Users must provide accurate registration information, protect credentials, complete MFA enrollment, and comply with acceptable-use requirements. Account sharing is not permitted unless explicitly allowed by the selected license.

Tiers and billing

• Community is free for non-commercial homelab and evaluation use and requires no billing details.
• Pro is EUR 1,000 per year and may be paid monthly or yearly via Stripe.
• Business is EUR 5,000 per year via yearly card payment or annual upfront invoice.
• Enterprise is EUR 15,000 per year by annual upfront invoice.

Licensing

Pro and Business may use online licensing or named license files. Enterprise uses an offline signed license file. License terms, named users, environments, and support commitments must be stated in the applicable order form.

Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for their infrastructure credentials, change approvals, backups, automation playbooks, Terraform plans, and compliance decisions. SkyPlexus helps surface and govern operations; SkyPlexus.com does not replace customer operational review.

Disclaimers

The service is provided as described in the applicable plan. Community features may change and are provided without paid support commitments. Security, compliance, migration, and automation outputs require customer validation before production use.

Liability

Add jurisdiction-specific limits of liability, warranty terms, refund terms, and consumer or business customer distinctions before launch.
